Sales And Shipping Terms
Terms of Sale: All sales are final. We are prohibited by law from accepting returns of wine unless the bottle is corked or flawed.
Legal Age: You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine. Wine may only be shipped to a recipient at least 21 years old, and signature by someone at least 21 years old will be required upon delivery. By purchasing wine from us, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are at least 21 years old, and that any recipient of an order you place is at least 21 years old.
Flawed Wine: In the unlikely event you receive a corked or flawed bottle, we will replace the bottle or refund your purchase price. Please contact us at info@aluvewine.com or (509) 520-6251 to arrange for the return of a corked or flawed bottle.
Changes to Shipment Orders: If an order you have placed has not yet shipped and you would like to modify it, we will do our best to assist you. Please contact us at info@aluvewine.com or (509) 520-6251. Be aware that our orders for shipment are processed automatically by our fulfillment provider and we may not be able to stop or modify your order.
Weather Holds: We may delay or reschedule shipment of your wines depending on weather at your location or between us and you. In-transit temperatures that are either too hot or too cold could damage your wine. You may choose to upgrade your shipping to 2 Day or Overnight shipping if you would like to expedite shipment to avoid a weather-related hold. We are not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment.
Restocking fees: Any order that is refused delivery at the recipient’s end may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
States Authorized for Shipment: State laws regarding shipment of wine may change, and we may or not be able to ship to your state. Our online store will only permit orders to be placed for shipment to states where we are legally permitted to ship wine at any given time. We cannot currently ship wine to: AL, AR, CT, DE, IL, MD, MS, NH, NJ, RI, SD, UT, WV.

Shipping Details: All quoted shipping rates (except Alaska and Hawaii) are for UPS ground delivery. Please let us know if this is an urgent order and we can quote you a price for overnight shipping. UPS requires an adult signature for delivery – you must be over 21 years of age to receive the package. Many of our customers prefer shipping to a business address so that someone is guaranteed to be available for a signature.
